As someone who lives with Asperger's Syndrome / Autistic Spectrum Disorder, I have had to endure varying amounts of ignorance, platitudes and often a complete lack of understanding from employers.

This is an area of particular interest and focus for me and an area where I feel I can add value through my learned experiences.
